MGM Resorts - Hands on Pasta at Eataly Chicago

MGM Resorts International invites you to join us at Eataly Chicago as the Chef of La Scuola showcases the true art of fresh pasta making, demonstrating how to make and shape some of Eataly’s favorite filled pastas. Guests will then get to try their hand at rolling out the dough and forming their own filled pasta shapes. Guest will enjoy a complete 4- course meal, demonstrated by the Chef, paired with classic, seasonal sauces. Class will be completed with menus, adapted recipes and wine tasting notes to take home.
